Magnus Tinjar is an experienced IT professional with a robust background in service management and technical project oversight. Currently serving as the Head of IT Service Platform at Telenor since January 2020, Magnus previously held multiple roles including Service Level Manager and Problem Manager. Prior experience at Norkring AS from April 2007 to January 2020 included responsibilities as Service Level Manager, Problem Manager, Product Owner, Change Manager, and Engineer, with significant expertise in ITIL frameworks and root cause analysis. Magnus began a career in testing at Flextronics AS as a Test Engineer before completing a Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication from Sør-Trøndelag University College.
