Nikita T Sinha has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. They started their career at IBM as an Application Developer in 2005. In this role, they worked on the International Customer Financing System.

After their time at IBM, Sinha joined Rolls-Royce in 2010. They held several positions within the company, including Principal Engineer (Lifing Technologist), Quality & Improvements Manager, Programme Manager, and Civil Aerospace Portfolio Manager. These roles allowed Sinha to gain expertise in different aspects of engineering and management.

In 2017, Sinha joined Marshall Aerospace and Defence Group where they served as the Head of Transformation & Production Engineering until 2019. They then transitioned to the role of Head of Technology Acquisition. Most recently, in 2022, Sinha joined Telensa as the Chief Technology Officer - Telensa of Signify (formerly Philips Lighting). In this role, they will oversee the technology operations of the company.

Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Aeronautical Engineering from Punjab Engineering College. Additionally, Nikita has obtained several certifications including APM PMQ Accredited from the Association for Project Management, Chartered Engineer from the UK Engineering Council, and certifications in Robust Design Subject Matter Expert and Six Sigma Black Belt from Rolls-Royce.
