Dave Richards

Dave Richards is a Senior Traffic Signal Design Engineer at telent Technology Services Ltd since August 2014, specializing in the design, implementation, and validation of traffic signal systems, including SCOOT and MOVA, along with site supervision and commissioning responsibilities.
