Carole Baudoin

Carole Baudoin has extensive work experience in finance and corporate development. Carole currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Téo since January 2023. Prior to that, they held the same role at Oodrive from July 2018 to January 2022. Carole also worked at Air Liquide from February 2010 to June 2018, holding various positions such as Corporate Development, Acquisition and Integration Manager, Finance Manager for Air Liquide Oil & Gas Services, and M&A Manager at the Group Head Office. Carole was responsible for managing acquisition and divestiture processes, conducting strategic assessments, coordinating due diligence, and negotiating legal documentation. Before joining Air Liquide, they worked as a Private Equity Analyst at PERFECTIS PRIVATE EQUITY from July 2009 to January 2010.

Carole Baudoin attended Université Paris Dauphine - PSL from 2004 to 2009, where they pursued a Master's degree in Corporate Finance and Financial Engineering.
