Doug Morrell began their work experience in 1985 as an Executive VP at Vance-Matthews Advertising. After that, they worked as a Senior Account Executive at The Martz Agency, a Marketing Director at YZ Industries, Inc., and a Chief Marketing Officer at World Wildlife Network (IPTV). In 1996, they became a Principal at Mogroup Marketing, where they stayed until 2016. During that time, they also served as a Marketing Director at SourceCorp Professional Services. In 2009, they became the Marketing Director at DiscipleLand: Children's Curriculum Publisher. In 2016, they became the Chief Marketing Officer at EMist, where they were responsible for all marketing initiatives. In 2017, they founded Teleos Marketing, where they currently serve as President, overseeing the agency and ensuring consistent messaging. Lastly, in 2001, they co-founded Core Discipleship, a global Christian organization focused on loving God and making disciples, where they currently hold the role of President/Co-Founder.
Doug Morrell attended Texas Tech University from 1979 to 1984, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Advertising.
