Dominic Schnyder von Wartensee

Dominic Schnyder von Wartensee's work experience began in 1998 when they worked as an Assistant/Inhouse Engineer at Soundville Media Studios AG. Dominic then worked as an Audio Engineer at Schweizer Radio DRS from October 2001 to January 2003. Following this, from January 2003 to February 2006, they served as an IT Support/Project Manager at Power Solutions gmbh. In June 2006, Dominic joined SVOX AG as an Audio Engineer, where they were responsible for selecting and recording voice talents for TTS voices and creating processes for data handling. Dominic worked at SVOX AG until July 2011. From July 2011 to July 2016, Dominic worked as a Senior Audio Engineer at Nuance Communications, where their responsibilities included voice talent sourcing and casting, recording, editing, and mastering voices for TTS, as well as managing voice recording projects. Since October 2016, Dominic has been a Senior Sound Engineer/Producer at SlowSoft GmbH, and they are currently employed there. In April 2019, they also began working as a Senior Sound Engineer at Telepathy Labs.

Dominic Schnyder von Wartensee attended the SAL Schule für angewandte Linguistik Zürich from 2005 to 2008, where they pursued a Grundstudium Übersetzen D/E E/D degree. During the period from 1997 to 1998, they also attended SAE London, where they obtained an Audio Engineer Diploma.
