Aman Chawla is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in management and consulting roles within the customer service and digital solutions industry. Currently serving as Vice President of TP Digital CoE at Teleperformance since December 2012, Aman has held various positions including Managing Consultant and Senior Consultant in both Knowledge Services and Intelenet Knowledge Services. Prior to Teleperformance, Aman held the position of Quality & Compliance Manager in Vendor Management at TalkTalk and was a Quality Leader at Convergys. A strong educational background includes an MBA in Marketing from the University of West London and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Apeejay School of Management.
