Amira Bouranen

Amira Bouranen has a robust background in biochemistry, microbiology, and customer service, complemented by a strong educational foundation in biotechnology and genetics. Practical training experiences include biochemistry and hematology at a health center, as well as microbiology and virology at the Hospital of Farhat Hached, where Amira conducted critical diagnostics and laboratory experiments. In the customer service arena, Amira worked as a bilingual customer representative at Teleperformance, addressing inquiries related to AR/VR products, payments, and technical issues, and currently serves as a Quality Assurance Analyst at the same company. Amira holds a Master’s degree in Biotechnological Engineering from Instituto Politécnico de Bragança and a Master’s degree in Genetic and Biodiversity from the Higher Institute of Biotechnology of Monastir, along with a Bachelor's degree in Molecular, Cellular Biology, and Biotechnology from the Institute of Biotechnology of Monastir.
