Andres Muñoz

Andres Muñoz is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business evolution, training, and project management within the customer experience sector and consulting. Currently serving as Business Evolution Sr. Director at Teleperformance MAR since April 2019, Muñoz has previously held roles including Innovation Training Director and Training Director at the same company. Prior to Teleperformance, Muñoz worked as Proper Competitor Program Manager at the Colombian Football Federation and co-founded Andrés Muñoz & Asociados, a consulting firm specializing in communications and technology. Additional roles include external advisory positions for various Colombian ministries and experience as CEO of Futura Networks, which organizes the global Campus Party event. Muñoz holds a degree in Architecture from Universidad de Los Andes and a certification in Innovation and Strategic Decision Making from INALDE Business School.
