Bassel Wagdy is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience spanning various roles in financial leadership. Starting as a Banker at the National Bank of Oman, Bassel advanced to positions such as Senior Financial Accountant at Schneider Electric, Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis at Novartis, and Chief Financial Officer at Majorel Egypt. During tenure at Lafarge, Bassel held the title of Financial Controller and later Deputy Group Controller, demonstrating expertise in cash flow management, budgeting, and team leadership. As Head of Finance/Strategic Planning at Titan Cement Company SA and Group Finance Director EMEA at Integrated Diagnostics Holdings, Bassel engaged in financial modeling, M&A assessments, and strategic planning. Currently serving as CFO - GCC and General Manager UAE at Teleperformance, Bassel is leading a strategic turnaround to enhance profitability and sustainability across operations.
