Bharath Melwani

Bharath Melwani is a seasoned operations executive with extensive experience in the BPO industry. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Operations at Teleperformance since March 2019, Bharath previously held the position of Vice President of Operations. Prior roles include General Manager at Intelenet Global Services, and DGM Operations, AGM Operations, and Senior Manager Operations at Sparsh BPO Services Ltd/Serco, where significant responsibilities included managing profit and loss, overseeing telecom, banking, and insurance processes, and developing client relations. Bharath started a career in operations at Beacon Global IT Services and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Badruka College of Commerce and Arts.
