Cyril Delabre

Cyril Delabre has extensive experience in operational and financial management within the teleperformance sector, currently serving as Directeur des Opérations and COO at Teleperformance since 2013. In this role, Cyril oversees the operational and financial performance of centers across France, managing general services, workforce management, and quality assurance. Additionally, Cyril has significant expertise in crisis management, leading rapid scaling initiatives across multiple centers. Prior to this, Cyril held various leadership roles within Teleperformance and Techcity Solutions, focusing on productivity, forecasting, and the management of major telecommunications accounts. Cyril's career began in operational roles at BVRP Software, complemented by a DUT in Informatique from IUT d'Amiens and a Baccalauréat in Math/Physics from Lycée Delambre Amiens.
