Dereck Lyon is a Global Training Strategist with extensive experience in leadership development and operational excellence. Previously serving as a Training Manager at IBEX and a Training & Quality Manager at TP, they currently hold the position of Senior Global Training Manager at TP. Their career began in customer service roles at Sitel, where they also gained experience as a trainer and quality analyst. Dereck is pursuing further education at the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de Nicaragua.
