Ernest Tan

Ernest Tan is currently a Talent Acquisition Lead for LLS at Teleperformance, having resumed their role after a brief hiatus. Previously, they worked as a Chief Marketing Officer at ADU Holidays, where they managed marketing activities across Southeast Asia from 2014 to 2019. Their journey in Teleperformance began in 2020, initially as an English to Cantonese Interpreter, followed by a promotion to Team Lead. Ernest also held the position of Retail Manager at Bee Cheng Hiang Sdn Bhd from 2006 to 2008 and served as a Researcher at Anradus Pte Ltd in 2023. They earned a Diploma in Marketing from JT Academy Singapore from 1991 to 1993.
