Fidya Azzahra is a professional with experience in public relations, customer success, and content marketing. As a Public Relations Officer at PT Hailand Karya Indonesia from January to March 2024, Fidya developed skills in communication and stakeholder engagement. Subsequently, a role as a Content Marketing specialist at KOMPAS GRAMEDIA from August to December 2023 further enhanced marketing abilities. Currently, Fidya serves as a Customer Success Specialist at Teleperformance since July 2024.
