Ines Machado is currently the Chief of Staff to the EMEA COO at TP, having started in this role in 2025. Prior to this, Ines worked at McKinsey & Company from 2020 to 2022, progressing from Jr Associate to Engagement Manager, where they supported clients in strategic and growth-oriented initiatives. Ines began their career in the automotive sector as a Design Engineer at Toyota Motor Europe from 2015 to 2018, focusing on the development of C-segment vehicles. Ines holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Faculdade de Engenharia da Universidade do Porto and a postgraduate degree in Product Innovation from Porto Design Factory.
