Iris Spinler-Waid

Iris Spinler-Waid is an experienced executive in global operations and digital transformation, currently serving as Vice President of IT Group - Digital Employee Experience at Teleperformance, where responsibilities include overseeing the global core model for digital employee experience across 90+ countries. Previously, Iris held various senior leadership roles at Teleperformance, including VP Business Readiness and Transformation, and extensive experience at Cognizant as Client Engagement Lead and Associate Director of Process Excellence. Prior roles include Program Director and Director positions at H&R Block, coupled with foundational HR roles at Honeywell, Teledyne, and SnS International. Iris holds an MBA from Pepperdine University and a BS from Penn State University.
