Lauren Baron

Lauren Baron is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in compliance and talent acquisition. Currently serving as a Human Resources Compliance Manager at Teleperformance since May 2021, Lauren previously held multiple HR roles at STARTEK, including Senior Human Resources Manager and Sr. Human Resources & Talent Acquisition Business Partner from October 2017 to March 2021. Additional experience includes serving as Human Resources Coordinator at Menards and various HR positions at Le-Vel and the Missouri Department of Corrections. Lauren holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix, earned between 2009 and 2015.
