Lyn Pedernal-Chavez

Lyn Pedernal-Chavez is currently the Director of Client Solutions at Teleperformance, leveraging their extensive experience in customer relations and operations management. Previously, Lyn served as a Senior Client Services Manager at TaskUs from 2019 to 2023 and held the same position at Alorica from 2012 to 2019. Lyn began their career as a Phonebanking Specialist at the Bank of the Philippine Islands from 2000 to 2002, and has also held roles at PRC and INFONXX. Lyn earned a degree in Development Studies, Economics from Ateneo de Manila University.
