Patrice Kelly is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in client services and operations within the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as the Executive Vice President of Client Services at TP since April 2025, Patrice previously held the position of Executive Vice President of Operations at Teleperformance from July 2022 to August 2024. With a strong background at T-Mobile as Director of Customer Service Operations and a long tenure at Sprint in various leadership roles, Patrice has managed large teams and complex customer service operations across multiple countries and platforms. Educational qualifications include a BA in Economics from Duke University, an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, and a certificate in Strategic Business Leadership from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business.
