Pratistha Ghosh

Pratistha Ghosh is an experienced professional currently serving as a Content Manager for Learning Solutions at TP since January 2025. Previously, Ghosh held multiple roles at Tigerhall from May 2022 to December 2024, including Customer Success Manager and Senior Learning Strategist for Enterprise customers. Prior to that, Ghosh was a Senior Manager for Enterprise Customers at Harappa Education from September 2021 to February 2022 and a Project Manager for Learning & Development at Disha Eye Hospital from July 2019 to September 2021, where critical initiatives were implemented to enhance patient experience across multiple hospitals. Ghosh also contributed as an Assistant Manager at 9.9 Group from December 2017 to July 2019, managing projects aimed at improving employability skills in higher education. Earlier experience includes roles at Goldman Sachs as an Operations Analyst and Summer Intern, as well as a month-long internship at VF Corporation under Dr. Debolina Dutta. Ghosh holds a Post Graduate Programme in Management Practice from The Vedica Scholars Programme for Women and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Christ University, Bangalore.
