Ratika Gupta

Ratika Gupta is an experienced HR professional currently serving as a TA Lead and Talent Partner at Teleperformance since November 2021, specializing in high-volume recruitment and candidate assessment. Prior to this role, Ratika co-founded Globe Trotters Box, a startup that developed educational and skill-based activity boxes for children, where responsibilities included end-to-end project management. Earlier experience includes serving as an HR and Talent Coordinator at Connecting Dreams Foundation and as an HR Consultant & Talent Acquisition Specialist at Emergent Ventures, focusing on various HR functions.
