Ryan Dela Cruz, MPM® CMC, currently serves as the Director of Pricing and BD Analytics for the APAC region at Teleperformance since July 2021. With extensive experience in operational management and business development, Ryan has held leadership positions in various organizations including General Manager at Q2 HR Solutions, General Operations Manager at Anderson Group BPO, Inc., and Call Center Manager at kgb. Ryan's expertise encompasses strategic planning, performance metric reporting, and client relationship management, with a consistent track record of meeting business objectives. Prior roles included overseeing operations at VXI Global Solutions and Accenture, where Ryan honed skills in project mobilization and team leadership. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science in Commerce, specializing in the Management of Financial Institutions from De La Salle University.
