With extensive experience in the outsourcing and offshoring industry, they have a proven track record in management, coaching, and team building across various verticals. Prior to their current role, Sean held positions such as Vice President of Client Solutions and Operations Manager at Sprint, where they demonstrated expertise in enhancing customer experience and operational efficiency. They have also been involved as a Board Member at Colloquy Communities since 2022.
