Sri Adhityo

Sri Adhityo currently serves as the Vice President of People Operations at TP in Indonesia, a role held since May 2025. Prior to this, Sri was the VP of People & Corporate Affairs at JULO from July 2022 to May 2025 and held senior human resources positions at PT Bank Neo Commerce Tbk, including Senior Vice President and Vice President of Human Resources. At Bizzy Indonesia, Sri served as Chief People Officer for Bizzy Logistics and Co-Founder & Vice President of People Operations for Bizzy Commerce, where responsibilities included setting long-term HR strategy and enhancing data-driven decision-making. Experience also includes serving as Human Resources Director at General Motors, where Sri developed HR strategies aligning with business objectives. Earlier roles include managerial positions at pharmaceutical companies and as Human Resources Supervisor at ABB. Academic qualifications include a Business Management degree from the Asian Institute of Management and a Bachelor’s in Law from Airlangga University.
