Viral Gala is the Vice President of Information Security at Teleperformance, where they focus on innovation and risk mitigation in cybersecurity. With previous roles including Senior Director and Director at Teleperformance, as well as Senior Associate Manager at Alexion Pharmaceuticals, Viral has led teams in various critical areas, including Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) and Cyber Defense. They hold a Bachelor's degree from Nagindas Khandwala College and a Master’s degree from Mumbai University, showcasing their strong educational background in management and business.
