Eileen Heiman

Eileen Heiman has extensive experience in export compliance and international trade, currently serving as the Director of Export Compliance at Telephonics Corporation since October 2019. Prior to this role, Eileen was the Director of Global Trade Programs & Compliance at ITT from April 2014 to October 2019, where responsibilities included overseeing licensing and compliance with U.S. regulations. Eileen also held the position of Director of International Trade at BAE Systems from January 2000 to April 2014, focusing on regulatory licensing and compliance within the Electronic Systems sector. Earlier in Eileen's career, from August 1986 to December 1999, a managerial role in the Aerospace Department at Mitsubishi International Corporation involved overseeing the procurement and sales of Sikorsky helicopters for military and commercial use in Japan. Eileen earned a Bachelor of Science in International Business/Trade/Commerce from the University of Phoenix between 1999 and 2007.
