Bahaa Hassib

Bahaa Hassib has a diverse work experience in the telecommunications industry. Bahaa is currently working as a Regional Support Senior Specialist at Telepin, a position they started in July 2021. Prior to this, they had a long tenure at Etisalat Misr, where they held multiple roles. From August 2018 to July 2021, they served as an IT IN and Billing support Specialist. Simultaneously, they also worked as an IT Operations Analyst from June 2016 to July 2021. Before joining Etisalat Misr, Bahaa worked at the same company from May 2013 to February 2016, first as an IT service desk specialist and later as an IT application support specialist. Throughout their career, Bahaa has gained expertise in various aspects of IT support and operations within the telecommunications industry.

Bahaa Hassib completed their first degree, a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.), in Information Technology from El Nozha College between the years 1996 and 2007. Bahaa then pursued further education at the Canadian International College (CIC) from 2007 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Computer Science.
