Les Banks

Les Banks has a diverse work experience, starting as an Internet Applications Developer and Team Lead at CIBC from 1996 to 1998. Les then joined TalentLab in 1998, becoming one of the Senior Partners in the firm. Les holds two Master's degrees, one in Information Science and the other in Economics and Political Science. In 2005, they became the Vice President at Telepin Software Corp, a leader in delivering electronic payment and service distribution solutions. Currently, Les works as an Independent Business Consultant and Entrepreneur since 2017.

Les Banks completed their education in a chronological order. From 1989 to 1994, they attended the University of Windsor and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations, with a focus on Political Science, Economics, and History. Following this, from 1994 to 1995, Les attended Simon Fraser University and earned a Master of Arts degree, specializing in Economics and Political Science. Lastly, from 1996 to 1998, they enrolled at Western University, where they completed their Master of Library and Information Science degree, concentrating on Information System Design.
