Sion Latter

Sion heads up the Informed Client Unit, responsible for our Service Provision across the DWP Contract. Key responsibilities include managing Telereal Trillium’s service partners, assurance of compliance and performance, and supporting DWP’s estate’s change program.

Sion is also responsible for Telereal Trillium’s services strategy, including capital projects delivery, life cycle replacement, procurement, and product development. He is also responsible for Health and Safety.

Sion was appointed to his current role in June 2014, having previously held the role of service, development director.

Prior to joining the business in 2002, Sion worked for BT where he was involved in major change programs incorporating organizational restructure, supply chain rationalization, and the outsourcing of both construction and facilities management. Previously, Sion worked for various consultancies involved in capital projects across the UK.

Sion is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), a member of the British Council for Offices (BCO), and a member of the British Institute of Facilities Management (BIFM).
