Elisabeth Neasmith

Elisabeth Neasmith is a seasoned professional in satellite communication and regulatory affairs, currently serving as the Senior Director of ITU and Regulatory at Telesat since May 2000, where responsibilities include directing international coordination of radio spectrum and leading strategic planning for growth opportunities. Previously held various positions at Telesat, including Director of ITU and Regulatory and Director of Spectrum Management & Development. Prior experience includes roles at the Department of National Defence from June 1996 to April 2000, culminating in the position of Head of Spectrum Engineering. Elisabeth Neasmith holds a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from Queen's University and a Bachelor's degree from the Royal Military College of Canada.
