Eduard Rubin

Eduard Rubin is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technology and education. As the Founder, CEO, and Director of Telesens since November 1998, Rubin has led the company through significant growth. Rubin served as Acting Rector at Kharkiv National University of Radioelectronics from November 2015 to December 2016 and held the position of Board Chairman for the Kharkiv Branch of the European Business Association from February 2011 to February 2013. Prior experience includes serving as Geschaeftsfuehrer and Director at Intermesse Online GmBH and SNTKO Syntez, respectively. Rubin holds a Master's degree in Radioengineering from the National Aerospace University -'Kharkiv Aviation Institute'​ and a PhD in IT from the National Technical University "Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute," along with an education from SGBS Business School St. Gallen.
