Juha Merikallio

Juha Merikallio started their work experience in 1987 at Finlux Oy, where they began as an Audio Engineer and later expanded their role to cover IF filtering, digital sound controls, and acoustics. In 1999, they joined Teleste as a Senior Digital HW Designer before being promoted to R&D Manager for Video Networks. Juha then worked as a Project Manager in R&D and eventually became the R&D Manager, leading the R&D Project Manager team and developing the project management culture at Teleste R&D. Juha has experience in product development projects, processes, and MS project management tools.

Juha Merikallio began their education at Luostarivuoren lukio in 1979 and completed their studies there in 1982, graduating with no specified field of study. Juha then went on to attend Turku University of Applied Sciences from 1983 to 1987, where they obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Telecommunications.
