Olli Kuusisto

Olli Kuusisto has a diverse work experience in the field of project management and software engineering.

Olli currently works for Teleste as a Project Lead, having started in July 2022.

Prior to this, they worked at AtoZ Oy as a Technical Project Artist from May 2022 to September 2022. In this role, they acted as a software project lead, consultant, and salesperson, helping customers improve their effectiveness.

From February 2021 to May 2022, Olli worked at Teleste as a Project Software Lead.

Before joining Teleste, they were employed at Insta Response Oy as a Project Manager, starting in May 2019 and ending in February 2021.

Olli also has a long history with Insta DefSec Oy, where they held several roles. From October 2017 to May 2019, they served as a Solution Owner. Prior to that, they were a Scrum Master from August 2014 to September 2017 and a Software Engineer from January 2009 to August 2014. Olli initially joined the company as a Trainee in April 2007 and ended their trainee period in December 2008.

Olli Kuusisto obtained their Master of Science (M.S.) in Automation and information networks from Tampere University of Technology from 2003 to 2008. In addition to their formal education, they have also obtained several certifications. In September 2015, they became a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from the Scrum Alliance. Two years later, in September 2017, they obtained the certification of Certified Scrum Master from the same institution. Additionally, in March 2017, they received the Better User Stories - Professional certification from Mountain Goat Agile Academy. Finally, in May 2018, they completed the Body Language for Leaders course offered by LinkedIn.
