Roland Adams has a diverse work experience in the field of quality assurance and technical support. Roland has worked at Telestream since September 2010, starting as a Quality Assurance Lead and currently serving as a Principal Quality Assurance Engineer. At Telestream, they have managed the quality assurance process for various enterprise products and has closely worked with major clients such as HBO, Sony, and CBS. Prior to Telestream, Roland worked as a Quality Assurance Engineer at Anystream, where they specialized in testing custom engineering projects. Before that, they were involved in quality assurance at Cakewalk, where they led several projects. Roland also has experience as a contractor, working as an Audio Engineer for live music, theater, and presentations. Roland has worked at Media 100 as a Quality Assurance Product Specialist, testing non-linear editing products and organizing testing efforts for specialized features. Roland began their career at Integrated Computing Engines as a Technical Support Engineer and at Harvard Law School as a Media Technician, where they provided A/V support and introduced live video streaming.
Roland Adams studied Computer Science at Harvard University Extension in 1997 and at the Lowell Institute at M.I.T. in 1996. From 1986 to 1990, they attended Berklee College of Music, where they obtained a B.M. degree in Music Production and Engineering.
