Marcelle Ziri

Marcelle ZIRI has extensive experience in project management and customer relationship management, currently serving as Directrice Projets at TELETECH INTERNATIONAL since 2010. ZIRI has successfully piloted programs that ensure adherence to project specifications, financial objectives, and the development of additional services. Prior to this role, ZIRI was Manager Service Client at the Chambre de commerce et d’industrie de région Paris Ile-de-France from 2006 to 2009, where responsibilities included creating a multichannel customer contact center and formalizing procedures. Earlier experience includes serving as Solution Delivery Manager at Client Logic from 2000 to 2005, overseeing operations for a major business unit and managing a large team. ZIRI holds a Maitrise in Gestion de l'entreprise from the Faculté de sciences économiques de Nice.
