Chella Mendoza

Chella Mendoza is currently working as the Manager of WFM Planning at TTEC, starting in September 2023. Prior to this role, Chella held various positions at TeleTech Philippines, including Senior WFM Planning Analyst, Planning Analyst WFM, Team Lead Real Time Workforce Management, and Senior Specialist WFM Real Time Workforce Management. Chella worked at TeleTech Philippines from August 2006 to March 2018 as a Former Senior Planning Analyst. Chella graduated from the University of Batangas in 1999 with a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting and Business/Management.
