Nikko Julio has an extensive background in training and management roles within the TeleTech Philippines organization. Starting as a Sales Team Lead in April 2016, Nikko moved up the ranks to become a Training Supervisor in September 2018, before taking on the role of Training and Quality Manager in January 2020. Currently, Nikko holds the position of Senior Training Manager at TTEC since February 2023.
