Dorian Winter

Research Administrator at Telethon Kids Institute

Dorian Winter has a diverse work experience that includes roles in research administration, student union leadership, private tutoring, freelance design, illustration, and photography. They have worked as a Research Administrator at Telethon Kids Institute and previously served as the President of BPhil Union, where they demonstrated excellent student engagement and event coordination skills. In addition, Dorian held the position of Communications Officer at BPhil Union, contributing to the design of graphics and social media content. They have also worked as a Private Tutor at Instructorio and KIS Academics, providing academic support and assisting students in various subjects. Dorian gained research experience as a Research Intern at Telethon Kids Institute, collecting and analyzing qualitative data. Furthermore, they have developed their creative skills through freelance design and producing various artworks and photographs for clients.

Dorian Winter attended John Curtin College of the Arts from 2016 to 2021. During this time, they obtained a Cert II in Visual Arts. They then went on to study at The University of Western Australia from 2022 to 2025, where they pursued a Bachelor of Philosophy (Honours) degree in Psychology. In January 2022, Dorian also obtained a certification as a Standard Mental Health First Aider from Mental Health First Aid Australia.
