Mirella W. has a diverse work experience in the field of psychology and organizational consulting. Mirella started their career as a Practicum Student at Kaya Consulting in 2015, where they gained practical experience. Later, they worked as a Sessional Academic at Murdoch University, teaching and assessing students in psychology. Mirella also served as a Research Assistant and contributed to projects related to data analysis and interpretation.

Mirella then pursued their Masters degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at Murdoch University, which they completed from 2014 to 2017. Mirella W. continued their education at Murdoch University and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Psychology, starting in 2020.
