Mirella W.

Mirella W. has a diverse work experience in the field of psychology and organizational consulting. Mirella started their career as a Practicum Student at Kaya Consulting in 2015, where they gained practical experience. Later, they worked as a Sessional Academic at Murdoch University, teaching and assessing students in psychology. Mirella also served as a Research Assistant and contributed to projects related to data analysis and interpretation.

In 2019, Mirella took on the role of Support Worker at CamCan, providing support to individuals. Mirella continued their academic journey as a Sessional Academic at James Cook University in 2021. Mirella also volunteered as a Research Volunteer at the Telethon Kids Institute to further their research experience.

In 2016, Mirella started their own consulting business called Mirella Wilson Consulting, offering tailored and evidence-based interventions in the learning and development and leadership spaces. Mirella worked on various projects, including designing and delivering leadership development workshops and conducting strategic market analysis.

Additionally, Mirella worked as a Practicum Student at Reinvention Organisation & Leadership Consulting, where they played a role in designing and delivering talent management projects.

Mirella recently joined Lifepath Psychology as a Psychologist in 2022, providing psychological services. Mirella also worked at First Step Solutions Pty Ltd as a Facilitator, delivering a relationship building program for participants on the NDIS.

Throughout their career, Mirella has demonstrated a strong commitment to psychological research, teaching, and consulting, utilizing their skills and knowledge to make a positive impact.

Mirella W. has a diverse education history. Mirella obtained their Bachelor of Arts (Hons) degree in Psychology from The University of Western Australia from 2010 to 2013. Mirella then pursued their Masters degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at Murdoch University, which they completed from 2014 to 2017. Mirella W. continued their education at Murdoch University and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Psychology, starting in 2020. Additionally, they completed certifications including Standard Mental Health First Aid from Mental Health First Aid Australia in October 2021, Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST) from Living Works in August 2021, Senior First Aid from St John Ambulance (WA) in March 2018, Mental Health First Aid from Mental Health First Aid Australia in October 2015, Judgment Index Accreditation from Judgment Index in April 2015, and Hogan Assessment Certification from Hogan Assessment Systems in August 2014.
