Susana Valdez

Susana Valdez has extensive work experience in the field of Information Technology. Susana has worked as a Software Support Specialist at Cable ONE since March 2019. Prior to that, they served as the Information Technology Service Desk Team Lead at Televerde starting from April 1998.

Susana Valdez earned a Diploma in General Studies from Trevor G. Browne High School from 1981 to 1985. Additionally, they obtained a certification in ITIL Implementing ISO 20000:2005 from BSI Management Systems in 2006.
