Michał Dziedzic

Micha Roon is an experienced technology leader currently serving as the Head of Engineering at The Hashgraph Association, where innovation projects are supported through training and mentorship. As the owner and founder of managination since 2005, Micha focuses on enhancing the software development landscape. Previous roles include Head of Web3 Engineering at NOUMENA DIGITAL AG, Chief Technology Officer at bonq, Chief Innovation Officer at Energy Web, and Technical board member at Share&Charge, among others. Micha holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Lausanne and has further education from institutions such as the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and PMI, where a Project Management Professional certification was achieved.
