Monika K. has a diverse work experience in various companies. Monika started their career in 2007 as a Koordynator ds. Realizacji Projektu at Centrum Monitorowania Rynku, where they worked until 2013. Following that, they served as a Research Manager at Millward Brown Warszawa from 2013 to 2014. Monika then worked as a Młodszy Specjalista ds. Badań i Analiz at Telewizja Puls Sp. z o.o. from 2014 to 2015. In 2015, Monika joined IRCenter.com as a Senior Research Manager, where they stayed until early 2016. From 2016 to 2020, they worked as a Manager Programowy at Grupa ZPR Media. Currently, Monika holds the position of Manager Programowy at Telewizja Polsat sp. z o.o. starting from September 2020.

Monika K. has a diverse education history. Monika started their studies in 2003 at the Uniwersytet Warmińsko-Mazurski w Olsztynie, where they pursued a Licencjat in Socjologia. Monika completed this degree in 2006. Moving forward, they enrolled at the Szkoła Główna Gospodarstwa Wiejskiego w Warszawie, where they obtained a Magister (Mgr) in Socjologia between 2006 and 2008. Continuing their education, Monika attended the University of Warsaw from 2008 to 2009, completing Podyplomowe studia menedżerskie with a specialization in Zarządzanie zasobami ludzkimi.
