Romen Barua

Romen Barua has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Starting in 2005, they worked as an Assistant Language Teacher for The Japan Exchange and Teaching Programme. Romen then transitioned into the recruitment industry, working as a Consultant and later as an Associate Director and Manager for Robert Walters. In 2012, Romen joined Wahl and Case, where they held multiple positions including Director, Managing Director, and Vice President, San Francisco. During their time at Wahl and Case, they helped revolutionize the recruitment industry and expand the company's global presence. In 2017, Romen ventured into the startup world, serving as the Head of Justa Japan and Co-founder of konex.work. Romen also gained experience as a Senior Manager at PERSOL CAREER CO., LTD. in the Technology Division. Romen has a passion for creating unique experiences, as evidenced by their roles as the Company Owner of Tokyo Supercars K.K and Club Velocita. Currently, they hold the position of Talent Acquisition Lead at Telexistence Inc.
