Vanessa James

Vanessa James has been working as a Resident Liaison Manager at Telford Homes since August 2018. Prior to this role, Vanessa was a Community Engagement Manager and Resident Liaison Officer at various companies including Royal Borough of Kingston and Shelfside Developments Ltd. Vanessa has extensive experience in liaising with residents, leaseholders, and local groups to ensure projects are completed efficiently and in a timely manner. Vanessa also has a background in managing kitchen and bathroom refurbishments, defect and complaint management, and housing reallocation consultations. Vanessa received their education at St Ursulars Greenwich.
