Alexander Angerbjörn

Alexander Angerbjörn is a seasoned Release Train Engineer and Head of ACE Product Front-End at Telia, overseeing a development team of 20 in front-end development for the Telia ACE contact center service since January 2018. Responsibilities include recruitment, product security management, participation in product management, and continuous improvement initiatives. Alexander's professional journey began with a thesis project on developing a real-time web interface focused on cybersecurity and user experience, complemented by teaching assistant experience in programming methodologies at Uppsala University. Alexander holds a Master of Engineering degree in Information Technology from Uppsala University, achieved between 2013 and 2018.
