Jim Newton

Jim Newton has extensive experience in the technology and service sectors, currently serving as Director and Release Train Engineer at OvationCXM since June 2015, where additional roles include Director of Field Services and Special Projects & Training Manager. Previously, Jim worked at Geek Squad as an Advanced Repair Agent and Consultation Agent, focusing on diagnosing and repairing consumer electronics. Jim also held a Sales Associate position at Best Buy and served in the United States Marine Corps as an Aviation Ordnance Technician from January 2009 to January 2013. Academically, Jim holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Arizona State University and an Associate's Degree from Paradise Valley Community College.
