Claes Cegrell

Claes Cegrell is an accomplished technology leader currently serving as the Head of IT Architecture & Roadmaps at Telia since December 2023. With a career at Ericsson spanning over three decades, Claes held multiple senior positions, including Director of Digital Business Transformation, where responsibilities included driving digital transformation to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency. Other significant roles included VP Chief Information Officer, overseeing technology strategy and emerging business for T-Mobile US, and Head of Product Domain Service Enablement, managing the global Service Enablement portfolio. Claes has also directed strategy for OSS/BSS software and led various global initiatives in product management and technology strategy, demonstrating a deep expertise in IT, systems integration, and managed solutions. Claes holds a degree in Computer Engineering from Åsö.
