Ola-Jo Holthe Semb

Ola-Jo Holthe Semb is an experienced professional in commercial and customer development, currently serving as the Director of Commercial Development at Telia since September 2018. In this role, Ola-Jo manages a department focused on analytics, AI, data science, MarTech, media spending, performance marketing, commercial performance, and channel optimization. Prior experience includes roles as Director of Customer Development, Analytics, CVM & MatTech, and Head of Broadband at Telia, as well as a Management Consultant at A.T. Kearney where strategic and M&A projects were prioritized.
