Ulla Kattai-Aav is an experienced professional in sales, customer service operations, and business development. Currently serving as the Head of Omnichannel Management at Telia since March 2021, Ulla focuses on strategy development, customer-centric KPIs, process automation, and digital transformation. Previously, Ulla held roles as Head of Sales and Customer Service Operations at Telia, Founder and CFO of Return Code Zero, and Business Consultant at Scoro. Ulla's background also includes leadership positions at the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, focusing on project management and corporate services, and at SDI Media in client services and delivery management.
